Avon home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Avon rose by $3,900 while total sales decreased by 17.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $328,900 - a 1.2% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Avon in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Avon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,799, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
