Sheffield home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Sheffield fell by $65,000 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,000 - a 29% decrease over the $224,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Sheffield in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Sheffield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,495, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
