Rocky River home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Rocky River fell by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 35.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 11.9% decrease over the $272,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Rocky River in July 2019.
