Westlake home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Westlake rose by $34,100 while total sales decreased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 17.1% increase over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Westlake in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,354, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
