Olmsted Township home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Olmsted Township fell by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,500 - a 14.9% decrease over the $234,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Olmsted Township in July 2019.
