Fairview Park home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Fairview Park fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,500 - a 6.6% decrease over the $180,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Fairview Park in July 2019.
