Berea home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Berea fell by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 6% decrease over the $159,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Berea in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Berea for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,596, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
