Sheffield home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Sheffield rose by $80,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 53.3% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Sheffield in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Sheffield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,495, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
