Middleburg Heights home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Middleburg Heights fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 39.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 82 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 0.3% decrease over the $165,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 135 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in the first half of 2019.
