Fairview Park home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Fairview Park rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 114 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,500 - a 10.5% increase over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Fairview Park in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Fairview Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,651, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
