Brook Park home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Brook Park rose by $8,088 while total sales decreased by 11.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 136 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,950 - a 6.4% increase over the $125,863 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Brook Park in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Brook Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,822, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
