Middleburg Heights home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Middleburg Heights fell by $4,150 while total sales decreased by 40.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,850 - a 2.5% decrease over the $164,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in the second quarter of 2019.
