Brook Park home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Brook Park rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 82 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,500 - a 3.3% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Brook Park in the second quarter of 2019.
