Rocky River home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Rocky River rose by $41,500 while total sales decreased by 40.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $223,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Rocky River in May 2019.
