Berea home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Berea fell by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 37.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,500 - a 5.7% decrease over the $149,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Berea in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Berea for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,572, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
