Avon home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Avon fell by $6,750 while total sales increased by 96.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,000 - a 2.3% decrease over the $288,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Avon in September 2018.
