Berea home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Berea rose by $13,250 while total sales increased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,250 - a 12.4% increase over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Berea in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Berea for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,572, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
