Westlake home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Westlake fell by $10,460 while total sales increased by 134.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 4.4% decrease over the $235,460 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Westlake in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,148, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
