Olmsted Falls home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Olmsted Falls fell by $3,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 20 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,500 - a 2.4% decrease over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in August 2016, as well.
