North Olmsted home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in North Olmsted rose by $38,000 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 30.4% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in North Olmsted in September 2016.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,539, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
