Rocky River home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Rocky River fell by $17,275 while total sales decreased by 32.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $197,275 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Rocky River in November 2016.
