Fairview Park home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Fairview Park fell by $16,800 while total sales increased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 11.1% decrease over the $151,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Fairview Park in December 2017.
