Lakewood home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Lakewood rose by $15,750 while total sales decreased by 11.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,250 - a 9.9% increase over the $158,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Lakewood in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,511, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
