Olmsted Township home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Olmsted Township rose by $29,050 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,000 - a 15.3% increase over the $189,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Olmsted Township in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Olmsted Township for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,831, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
