Berea home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Berea fell by $18,950 while total sales increased by 34.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,000 - a 12.6% decrease over the $149,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Berea in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Berea for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,572, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
