Lakewood home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Lakewood fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 50.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Lakewood in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,539, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
