Olmsted Township home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Olmsted Township fell by $158,710 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,290 - a 72.1% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Olmsted Township in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Olmsted Township for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,831, approximately 7.9% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
