North Ridgeville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in North Ridgeville rose by $3,400 while total sales increased by 26.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 195 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,900 - a 1.9% increase over the $178,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in North Ridgeville in the third quarter of 2018.
