Middleburg Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Middleburg Heights rose by $28,150 while total sales increased by 53.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 21.8% increase over the $129,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Middleburg Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,008, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
