Fairview Park home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Fairview Park rose by $13,700 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,950 - a 7.8% increase over the $175,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Fairview Park in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Fairview Park for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,446, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
