North Olmsted home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in North Olmsted rose by $7,875 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 108 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,825 - a 5.3% increase over the $148,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 144 homes sold in North Olmsted in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,539, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
