Brook Park home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Brook Park fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 38.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 4% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Brook Park in the fourth quarter of 2018.
