Sheffield Lake home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Sheffield Lake rose by $400 while total sales decreased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,900 - a 0.3% increase over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Sheffield Lake in the fourth quarter of 2018.
