Sheffield home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Sheffield fell by $40,750 while total sales increased by 29.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,250 - a 20% decrease over the $204,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Sheffield in 2018.
