North Olmsted home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in North Olmsted rose by $5,100 while total sales decreased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 531 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,600 - a 3.3% increase over the $153,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 576 homes sold in North Olmsted in 2018.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,539, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for 2019.
