Olmsted Township home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Olmsted Township rose by $6,650 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 153 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,900 - a 3.3% increase over the $203,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 146 homes sold in Olmsted Township in 2018.

The median sales tax in Olmsted Township for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,831, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for 2019.
